I know I know, Cobb salad at a bar/restaurant, it's fricken delicious. Don't think of this as bar food because it's way better than that. The service and the staff are great! Always friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and happy. Kristin, one of the bar tenders is always smiling and the owner Eric is usually on site and will go out of his way to accommodate most any need. You know it's gonna be good when the owner is always around making sure food comes consistent every time. If you get something you like you can expect it to come out the same way every time and IMO that's important. If you're in Minturn for a drink or eats, don't pass up a chance to eat the best food in town!!September 05, 2016
